Exchanges and refunds

Within 14 days from the date of delivery , you have the possibility to return the purchased items with the right to be replaced or refunded.

The item or items you wish to exchange or return must be intact,  in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all the accessories provided. Otherwise, the claim will not be satisfied or will be partially rejected.

Return via direct delivery to our warehouse.

Make sure that in the package containing the products to be exchanged or return the items included in the completed form. Returns where the form is not indicated cannot be identified correctly and it will not be possible to resolve the complaint.

  • In this case, we recommend that you return the desired products with companies to which you can send certified shipments, and obtain proof of shipment with the following information:

Complaints that do not include this information will not be dealt with.

Shipping costs for returning or exchanging an order will be the customer’s responsibility.

Claims with cash on delivery will not be accepted by 2DIGITd.oo

The exchange or refund of one or more items will be made within 14 working days from receipt of the same at 2DIGIT doo / Hanksome headquarters.

The refund will be made according to the following criteria:

  1. Payments made by credit / debit card: The refund will be made directly to the account linked to the card used for payment.
  2. Payments made through PayPal: Refunds will be made to the PayPal account used for payment.
  3. Payments made in cash on receipt of the order: The refund will be made to the bank account indicated on the return and refund form.

If the exchange or return notification is not received within 14 days of delivery, the claim will not be resolved.

Warranty claim

In case of defect or malfunction of any item, you can take advantage of the warranty. We offer a 24 month warranty for all our items.

Pode trocar o seu produto por um novo ou por diferentes artigos dentro do mesmo valor do artigo em garantia do objeto da reclamação.

Esta garantia não se aplica a produtos relacionados com higiene pessoal, cosméticos e roupas íntimas.

A garantia não é válida em caso de:

  1. Danos físicos ao artigo ou artigos: causados ​​por causas além do controlo do produto (fogo, água, picos de energia, em condições extremas de temperatura ou humidade, etc …)
  2. Desgaste decorrente do uso.
  3. Defeitos e deformações devido ao uso impróprio, verificar a exatidão dos dados pessoais.

O artigo ou artigos que deseja trocar devem estar intactos, em perfeito estado, na embalagem original e com todos os acessórios fornecidos. Caso contrário, a reclamação não será tratada ou será parcialmente resolvida.

Para alterar um ou mais artigos sob garantia, tem as duas opções descritas acima.

Custos de envio de retorno para um ou mais artigos com defeito na garantia Serão da responsabilidade do cliente, salvo evidente defeito de fabrico do artigo.

Reclamações com sistema de pagamento em dinheiro na entrega não serão aceites pela 2DIGIT d.o.o.

A troca de um ou mais artigos será feita no prazo de 8 dias úteis mediante o recebimento do mesmo na sede da 2DIGIT d.o.o./Hanksome.
